From the original Tory Leather - MADE IN USA. This hobble has only one buckle with two reinforced slots to make a perfect fit. We use heavy duty, double and stitched leather with soft bridle leather lining. Training a horse to respect hobbles should be done with equipment that will not hurt the horse. This hobble was made with this in mind.
